Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to eventflowz, a centralized platform for planning, ticketing, and managing local community gatherings. These Terms of Service govern your use of our offerings on eventflowz.club. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

• Services: Event planning, ticketing, and management offerings provided by eventflowz.
• Information Products: Digital guides, tutorials, courses, or other downloadable materials sold via eventflowz.
• Merchandise: Physical goods, souvenirs, or branded items sold through eventflowz.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using eventflowz. You may not misuse the platform, including any unauthorized data harvesting or automated access methods.

4. Payments

All fees for Services, Information Products, and Merchandise must be paid in full before access or shipment. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If an event organizer cancels a scheduled service, eligible clients will receive a full reimbursement via the original payment method within 10 business days. Clients may also choose to reschedule their booking subject to availability, without any additional fee.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, most service bookings cannot be reimbursed due to the allocation of resources and scheduling commitments made by eventflowz and its partners.

5.2 Information Products

Information Products are downloadable or streaming materials. Once access is granted, these items are considered delivered immediately and are not subject to reimbursement.

5.3 Merchandise

Customers may ship back unused Merchandise within 30 days of delivery to qualify for an exchange or reimbursement. Merchandise must be in the same condition as received, with all tags and packaging intact. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the shipment back to eventflowz.

6. Transfers and Rescheduling of Services

Clients may request to transfer or reschedule a booked service up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Requests made within 48 hours are subject to availability and may incur an expedited processing fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

eventflowz and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or its features.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
